**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and report on social media and website analytics to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify digital trends, target audience preferences, and competitive insights.
- Support SEO initiatives by assisting in keyword research, optimizing content, and tracking performance.
- Assist in paid advertising efforts, including Google Ads and social media ads, and help monitor their performance.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop creative assets for digital campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools, and SEO concepts is a plus.
- Strong communication and writing skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Proactive approach to learning and openness to feedback.
