**About the Internship**

Zenerom Creative Lab is on the lookout for a data-driven and enthusiastic **Performance Marketing Intern** to support our digital marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in digital advertising and campaign optimization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze ad performance and suggest improvements
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
- Collaborate with content and design teams for campaign creatives
- Prepare performance reports and insights

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of performance marketing channels and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and interest in marketing metrics
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
- Certification in digital marketing (optional, but a plus)
