We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Performance Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, data analysis, and campaign optimization. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience working with our marketing team to create, manage, and optimize various marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of paid search, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and audience segments.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Support the optimization of landing pages and user experience for better conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
