MBS is a leading digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, SEM, SMM, website development, sales-driven solutions, and funnel creation. We're seeking an experienced and skilled Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team and drive impactful digital campaigns for our clients.

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Create compelling ad copies and visuals that resonate with target audiences and align with campaign goals.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content, to ensure cohesive campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spending to achieve maximum ROI.
- Test and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and targeting to improve conversion rates.
- Generate regular performance reports for clients, showcasing key metrics and campaign impact, including sales-driven outcomes.
- Proactively identify trends and opportunities in the digital marketing landscape.
- Utilize funnel creation expertise to design and optimize various types of sales funnels.
- Keep abreast of emerging digital marketing technologies and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Proven track record of successful campaigns and tangible results.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
- Keen eye for industry trends and ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with funnel creation and different types of funnels.
- Team player with excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and devise innovative strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) are a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
