- Team Leadership: Lead a team of digital marketers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance, foster collaboration, and achieve departmental goals.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and data using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Budget Management: Manage client budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve campaign objectives and drive results.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, trends, and achievements. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing. Share knowledge and expertise with team members and contribute to the development of new strategies and initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on PPC, SEM, and digital advertising.
- Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results for clients.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Leadership experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team, foster collaboration, and drive performance.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
