We are seeking a highly motivated **Performance Marketer** to drive data-driven marketing campaigns and optimize digital ad spend. You will focus on **PPC**, **paid social media**, **Google Ads**, and other performance channels to increase ROI and conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies for maximum results.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad creation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in PPC and paid digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Performance marketing: 3 years (required)

**Location**:

- Cochin, Kerala (preferred)
