Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

At College Guru, we are redefining how students pursue their academic and career goals. We are looking for a talented and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our digital campaigns, boost online presence, and support brand visibility. Your contribution will directly help improve student engagement, reach, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms
  • Drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through effective strategies
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and student interaction
  • Handle daily engagement, posting, and page growth
  • YouTube Management & SEO
  • Manage YouTube uploads, live sessions, webinars, and student-focused content
  • Optimize videos using YouTube SEO techniques to improve ranking and visibility
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring

Paid Advertisements

  • Handle campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
  • Monitor budgets, analyze performance, and generate quality leads
  • Produce ad performance reports

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and editors on digital creatives
  • Develop content ideas aligned with marketing goals
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets

Trend Monitoring & Reporting

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and techniques
  • Track analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Suggest innovative ideas to improve digital engagement

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media roles
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube SEO
  • Basic working knowledge of Canva or Photoshop
  • Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English
  • Creative thinker, organized, and able to multitask
  • Passion for the education sector is an added advantage

Salary

  • Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and expertise)
