Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on driving measurable results and achieving specific business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage campaigns, targeting, ad copy, and landing pages to maximize performance and ROI
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates, reduce CPA, and increase overall ROI
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to performance marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, data analytics, and web development, to ensure campaign alignment with broader business objectives
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure campaign success
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving results and achieving KPIs
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to identify trends and optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with performance marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and other digital marketing tactics is a plus
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,137.02 per month
