As a Commercial executive, we are looking for a motivated Executive to support our commercial operations and

excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires the ability to work

collaboratively with various departments to streamline processes and drive business growth.

Job Duties:

- Assist in the preparation and analysis of commercial proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and

procurement of goods and services.
- Monitor and track sales orders, purchase orders, and contracts to ensure compliance with terms and

conditions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales transactions, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Generate reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to support

decision-making.
- Liaise with finance and accounting teams to process invoices, payments, and credit memos in a timely

manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes related to commercial transactions and provide timely

resolution.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and suppliers to optimize cost savings and improve profitability.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market dynamics, and best practices in commercial operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in

commercial activities.

**Required Qualification & Experience**:

- At least 3 years’ experience in Building Material like Bison Panel, fiber cement board, gypsum board, sandwich panels,

boards, Tile adhesive, Putty, Block fix, Marble, Granite, Stone, Pipes, Ceramic (Note: Work experience in cement, RMC

will not considered)
