Job Overview The Head Of Commercial at Reliance Retail is a Mid-Level, Full-Time position located in Indore. This role requires 4 to 6 years of experience, focusing on driving the commercial strategy, enhancing revenue growth, and streamlining processes to align with organizational goals. The candidate is expected to hold expertise in P&L Management and a Strategic mindset (Mandatory skill) while utilizing their skills to effectively lead the commercial team. Qualifications And Skills - Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in a commercial role within the retail industry. - Proven experience with P&L Management (Mandatory skill), demonstrating an ability to handle financial aspects strategically. - Strong strategic mindset (Mandatory skill), capable of aligning commercial strategies with overall business goals. - Ability to drive revenue growth initiatives, boosting the company's financial performance through innovative solutions. - Demonstrated analytical aptitude to interpret data, recognize trends, and make informed decisions that drive success. - Strong leadership skills, proven by the ability to inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing commercial team. - Proficient in risk assessment skills to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks affecting the company's commercial operations. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to effectively interact across departments and external stakeholders. Roles And Responsibilities - Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives, aiming to accelerate growth. - Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities. - Manage relationships with partners/vendors while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. - Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management. - Assist in setting financial targets, developing budgets, and monitoring revenue generation. - Drive collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless integration between commercial initiatives and operational execution. - Continuously evaluate processes and propose improvements to the commercial strategies of the company. - Ensure consistent, high-level customer service and satisfaction across all commercial activities and platforms.
