**Qualification & Experience**
- Qualification - B. Com/ M.Com/ MBA Finance / ICWA + 3 Years/ CA-Inter
- Experience in Manufacturing commercial/ accounts, Sales Commercials, Finance function at plant / Sales office/ head office in FMCG/ Manufacturing Companies.

**Key Deliverables of the Role**
- Preparing and analysing commercial hygiene reports - GRIR, Open PO, Advances, Creditors, etc. and driving closures through action planning and monitoring for Mfg and supply chain teams.
- Review of manufacturing costs - variable as well as fixed, budgetary controls.
- Working and supporting on various projects like Developments in SAP, Automation, Automating manual reports, creating dashboards for analytics with the help of IT and other teams.
- Guiding plant users/ supply chain teams on standard processes and resolving their queries
- Reporting, Support and Collaboration with Plant/ IT and Supply Chain Functions on operational work and projects.
- Ad-hoc analysis for Head Commercial and Head Manufacturing.
- Review of all Provisions/JVs and FOH & DFOH of operations (Monthly Provisions of Operations).
- Managing approval flows in the system for Write off, Capital expenditure and PO release strategy and reviews thereof.
- Inventory tracking - Fast, Slow, Non-moving and Expired. Driving actions basis the review.
- Review of procurement analytics and freight analytics through exceptions.
- Knowledge of SAP is must and experience in Tableau, Power BI and other Automation Apps would be of great advantage.
