This role will focus on increasing distribution reach, enhancing availability, and managing field sales activities within designated territories. Job Responsibilities . Manage Field Sales Activities: Oversee and drive field sales activities, including merchandising support, promotion activations, and new store launches. . Increase Distribution Reach: Expand distribution coverage by identifying gaps in current channels and implementing strategies to fill those gaps. . Enhance Availability: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to maintain high availability standards. . Collaborate with Channel Partners: Work closely with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to execute trade programs effectively. . Analyze Market Trends: Keep abreast of market trends and consumer insights to develop targeted commercial strategies. . Achieve Business Objectives: Drive sales growth and achieve volume targets while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and compliance regulations. Job Qualifications . Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. . Proven experience in sales and distribution management within the FMCG industry. . Strong understanding of modern trade and general trade practices. . Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels. . Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools. . Ability to travel extensively within assigned territories. . Result-oriented approach with a strong customer focus.
