**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Reception and Check-in**: Greet and assist guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide them with necessary information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- **Reservation Management**: Handle reservations, cancellations, and special requests efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry into the hotel management system.
- **Guest Assistance**: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a pleasant guest experience.
- **Check-out Process**: Process guest check-outs, finalize bills, collect payments, and ensure the accuracy of transactions.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear communication with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
- **Administrative Duties**: Perform administrative tasks such as managing guest records, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
