We are looking for a well-rounded, driven Corporate Sales & Relocation Executive to spearhead our B2B partnerships and coordinate expat relocation services. This role blends strategic corporate sales with hands-on operational responsibilities, including property search, client support, and on-ground execution for relocating employees.
You’ll work directly with businesses to help them move talent across borders, while also ensuring that every expat’s transition — from housing to local orientation — is seamless and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities:
**Corporate Sales & Client Engagement**
Pitch international mobility and relocation solutions to corporates, HR teams, and global talent heads.
Build tailored packages for companies involving visa support, relocation planning, accommodation, and post-arrival services.
Lead the full B2B sales cycle: outreach, proposal, negotiation, closure, and long-term relationship management.
Meet sales targets while ensuring service quality and client satisfaction.
**Property Search & Relocation Support**
Actively search for rental properties (short and long-term) based on the client’s budget, location preference, and requirements.
Liaise with local real estate agents, property owners, and housing platforms to secure suitable accommodations.
Arrange property viewings (physical or virtual), negotiate rental terms, and assist with lease documentation.
Provide clients with local area insights — safety, amenities, commute, lifestyle — to help them make informed decisions.
**End-to-End Expat Services**
Conduct pre-arrival planning and onboarding support for international assignees and their families.
Offer assistance with local documentation, utilities setup, schooling options, and neighborhood selection.
Be a point of contact for relocating employees to troubleshoot relocation issues and ensure a smooth transition.
**Market Research & Vendor Coordination**
Research market trends, cost of living, real estate rates, and availability in different global cities.
Build and maintain a network of local vendors (agents, movers, temporary housing providers, etc.) in key destinations.
Support the team in creating location guides, pricing sheets, and relocation toolkits.
**Collaboration & Communication**
Coordinate internally with immigration, legal, and operations teams to align timelines and service delivery.
Keep CRM tools updated with client interactions, property data, and sales progress.
Handle client communication professionally, across cultures and time zones.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
