We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from customers and assist them regarding our services. This position does not involve sales targets, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls from customers.
- Provide information about our services and answer customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling calls.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
