**Job description**
**Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - HORECA segment**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the **HORECA** segment.
- Generate leads, pitch products/services, and close deals with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and track progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (chefs, F&B managers, procurement teams, etc.).
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Provide excellent post-sales support and customer service.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop growth strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Identify new product opportunities and provide feedback to the management team.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit control.
- Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HORECA sales or business development in FMCG industry.
- Strong network and connections in the HORECA industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- **Kannada mandatory.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
