**Key Responsibilities**
- Relationship Building & Recruitment:_
- Forge strong relationships with key decision-makers across educational institutions, becoming their go-to person at TrainingInbox.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and meetings to showcase our transformative student development programs.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:_
- Drive revenue by promoting TrainingInbox’s offerings and meeting/exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Explore opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and securing new partnerships.
- Hiring & Recruitment Support:_
- Collaborate with colleges to open doors for internships and placements for TrainingInbox students.
- Be the bridge between institutions and students for career opportunities.
- Client Engagement & Support:_
- Ensure smooth program implementation and consistently engage with institutions to drive satisfaction.
- Work alongside our internal teams to deliver seamless service and support to our partners.
- Market Research & Strategy:_
- Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to strategies that maximise engagement and partnership impact.
- Share valuable insights to keep TrainingInbox at the forefront of the EdTech industry.
- Reporting & Analysis:_
- Track, analyse, and report on engagement metrics, revenue, and satisfaction levels to ensure continued success.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: 2+ years in relationship management, sales, or client engagement within the Education or EdTech industry. A proven record of achieving targets and delivering client satisfaction.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Functional laptop with a stable internet connection for remote work.
