**Job Description - Sales Executive[ Freshers]**

**Position: Sales Executive**

**Location: Navi Mumbai**

As an Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling mutual funds to clients. You will work with sales professionals and provide guidance and support to achieve sales objectives. You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders, such as portfolio managers and investment advisors, to develop and implement sales strategies.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on investment opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
- Manage a team of sales professionals, including goal setting and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and investment advisors to develop and execute sales plans
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Site visits

**Qualifications**
- Masters in MBA Finance must
- Strong networking, B2B Sales and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Client Relationship Management
- Good Communication Skills
