**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000 per month

**About the Role**

We are hiring **Pre-Qualifying Executives** with an **IT educational background** who can quickly engage and qualify incoming leads. This role requires excellent **English communication skills (near-native fluency preferred)**, attention to detail, and the ability to assess lead potential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to all incoming leads within **24 hours** to ensure timely engagement.
- Qualify leads based on **Budget, Need, Urgency, and Authority**.
- Update all findings, notes, and lead scores in the **CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)**.
- Assign qualification scores and hand over high-potential leads to the sales team.
- Coordinate closely with Business Development Executives for smooth transitions.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Must hold a **degree in IT/Computer Science or related field**.
- **Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written)** - near-native fluency is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads effectively.

**Performance Metrics**
- Timeliness of responses (within 24 hours).
- Accuracy of CRM documentation.
- Lead qualification rate.
- Effectiveness of collaboration with sales team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
