D Vivid Consultant is a leading consultancy specializing in visa services and coaching. We are looking to expand our team and hire a motivated and driven **Pre-Sales Executive** to assist in generating new business opportunities and providing key support to our sales team.
As a **Pre-Sales Executive**, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process by identifying and qualifying potential leads, preparing proposals, and providing detailed information about our services. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and drive growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain a deep understanding of our services and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Assist in preparing tailored proposals, presentations, and quotations based on customer requirements.
- **Client Engagement**: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide detailed information on services and solutions.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in managing leads, follow-ups, and scheduling meetings.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to support sales strategies.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹10,161.73 - ₹22,000.00 per month
