What You'll Do
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
Identify prospects via calls, email, and online research; introduce our innovative cooking solutions. - Customer Engagement:
Build rapport, understand needs, and present tailored product information. - Appointment Setting:
Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the field sales team. - CRM Updates:
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status. - Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead targets.
What We're Looking For
- Experience:
1–3 years in tele-calling, tele-marketing, inside sales, or pre-sales. - Skills:
Excellent verbal/written communication, customer-oriented approach, and strong objection-handling ability. - Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office. - Mindset:
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a team player.
