Key Responsibilities:

As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for high-intent leads, playing a critical role in building trust and moving clients closer to site visits and sales. Your day-to-day will include:

Lead Engagement
: Connect with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

Qualification & Pitching:
Understand buyer needs, explain project USPs, and pitch relevant options

Appointment Setting:
Fix property visits, coordinate with sales teams, and ensure client show-ups

Follow-Ups
: Maintain active follow-ups using CRM tools, keep leads warm, and drive site visit conversion

CRM Management:
Update lead status and interactions regularly for accurate tracking

Collaboration:
Work closely with the field sales team and marketing to ensure a seamless handover
