Position: Pre-Sales & Sales Executive – Real EstateLocation: [Insert Location]Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, follow up on leads, and generate interest.
- Explain project details to prospective clients and schedule meetings/site visits.
- Maintain and update the CRM with client interactions.
Sales:
- Conduct site visits with clients and present property features.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximize conversions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not mandatory with strong sales experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Pre-Sales or similar customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about real estate.
