Role Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role will focus on lead generation, client engagement, and driving sales across global markets, especially the UK and US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in enterprises, consultancies, and staffing firms
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
  • Schedule and lead discovery calls and client meetings
  • Collaborate with Sales Head, Pre-sales, and Marketing teams to craft tailored solutions
  • Support proposal creation, contract negotiations, and deal closures
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sales satisfaction
  • Track and report sales performance and key metrics
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity

Who Should Apply:

  • 5-8 years of sales experience, with 3+ years in IT Services, Offshoring, or Managed IT Services
  • Proven experience working with overseas clients (UK/US markets preferred)
  • B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or IT; MBA preferred
  • Strong understanding of IT services, offshore support, and software solutions
  • Experience in staffing or IT consultancy sales is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
