Sales Executive
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the face of
JobSpot Services
, helping job seekers—ranging from OPT, STEM OPT, H1B holders to non-IT graduates—discover career-boosting opportunities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love consultative selling, and are passionate about making a real impact in people's lives, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling LinkedIn outreach, university connections and referrals.
- Pitch JobSpot service to potential clients (students and job seekers) and explain the value proposition clearly.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand candidate pain points and recommend suitable JobSpot service plan solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and convert inbound leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities- client interactions and agreement in CRM tools.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or telecalling (experience in staffing, edtech, or recruitment services preferred).
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and maintain long-term trust.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of the U.S job market and OPT/HB1 visa processes will be an advantage.
