About the Role

We are looking for a Pre-Qualifying Executive to join our growing team. The role is focused on engaging with incoming leads, conducting quick qualification checks, and ensuring seamless handoff to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have an educational background in IT, excellent English communication skills (near-native fluency preferred), and the ability to assess lead potential quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Respond to and engage with all incoming leads within 24 hours.
  • Discovery Calls/Emails: Conduct short qualification discussions to capture lead requirements.
  • Lead Assessment: Evaluate leads against defined criteria:
  • Budget: Ability and willingness to invest.
  • Need: Specific requirements or challenges.
  • Urgency: Timelines and priority of the requirement.
  • Authority: Decision-making capability of the contact.
  • CRM Updates: Maintain accurate notes, details, and lead scores in the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Lead Scoring: Assign qualification scores to prioritize leads for the sales team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and Business Development team for seamless transitions.

Qualifications and Skills

For Pre-Qualifiers (Freshers/0–2 years):

  • Must hold a degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong command over English (spoken & written) – near-native fluency required.
  • Good analytical ability to assess lead potential.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).

For Business Development Executives (Experienced):

  • MBA or Degree in IT with relevant experience in IT industry sales/business development.
  • Proven track record in lead qualification, sales support, or IT solutions selling.
  • Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills.

For Business Development (Fresher Track):

  • Must have an educational background in IT.
  • Strong communication skills with eagerness to build a career in IT sales/business development.

Performance Metrics

  • Timeliness of lead response (within 24 hours).
  • Quality and accuracy of CRM updates.
  • Lead qualification rate and lead-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Collaboration and communication with the sales team.
