Requirements
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and business development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their IT needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Stay updated on software development, cloud computing, networking, and relevant IT areas.
- Identify new business opportunities by monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with a results-oriented mindset.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Experience in handling bidding portals like PPH, , Guru, UpWork, etc.
- Proficient in lead generation from social media and online platforms.
- Intermediate English language communication and agility to do cold calls.
Must have Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in international sales in the IT software services industry.
- Preferred: Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying market opportunities and devising strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
