**Job Title**: Event Coordinator

**L**ocation: Dombivali

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Event Planning & Organization**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, objectives, and budget.
- Assist in creating detailed event plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.

**2. Budget Management**
- Work with clients and internal teams to establish and manage event budgets.
- Track expenses and ensure that the event stays within the agreed budget.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices and services.

**3. Logistics Coordination**
- Oversee the logistics of event execution, including venue setup, transportation, catering, and audio-visual needs.
- Ensure that all equipment, materials, and decorations are delivered and set up on time.
- Coordinate on-site staff to ensure smooth operations during the event.

**4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management**
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
- Confirm contracts and manage payments to vendors.
- Ensure that all third-party services (catering, security, entertainment, etc.) meet event requirements.

**5. On-Site Event Execution**
- Be present on-site during the event to oversee setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Monitor event progress and resolve any issues or challenges that arise.
- Ensure that the event runs according to the plan and client expectations.

**6. Post-Event Activities**
- Ensure the safe and timely breakdown of the event, including the return of rental equipment.
- Gather client feedback to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare post-event reports, including lessons learned and budget reviews.

**Skills & Qualifications:Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in event planning or coordination (preferred).

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Events management: 1 year (preferred)
