1. Event Planning and Coordination:

- Assist in planning and executing corporate events such as conferences, product launches, team-building activities, and seminars.
- Liaise with clients to understand their objectives, budgets, and requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure timely delivery of services.

2. Logistics Management:

- Oversee event timelines, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage event setup, on-site coordination, and teardown.
- Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for clients, speakers, and participants if needed.

3. Client and Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and other service providers.
- Address and resolve any issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

4. Marketing and Promotion Support:
Work with design teams to create event collateral, such as banners, invitations, and brochures.

5. Budget Management:

- Assist in creating and managing event budgets.
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.

6. Post-Event Analysis:

- Collect and analyze feedback from clients and attendees.
- Prepare post-event reports highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
