**Job Summary**:
As a Cloud L3 Engineer (Team Lead), you will be responsible for the advanced management, maintenance, and optimization of our AWS cloud infrastructure. You will provide deep technical support for critical issues, implement complex solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our cloud systems. This role requires a strong understanding of AWS services, DevOps practices, and cloud architecture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Advanced Troubleshooting**: Provide L3 support for complex technical issues related to AWS infrastructure, including networking, security, and compute resources.
- **Cloud Architecture**: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available AWS environments.
- **Automation**:Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like AWS CLI, CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible for infrastructure management and deployment.
- **Monitoring and Performance Tuning**: Implement and manage monitoring solutions to ensure optimal performance and availability of AWS resources. Optimize AWS services for cost and performance.
- **Security**:Implement best practices for AWS security, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption, and security groups. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- **Backup and Disaster Recovery**: Design and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies using AWS services like S3, RDS, and EBS snapshots.
- **Documentation**:Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with the latest AWS services and technologies. Propose and implement improvements to existing infrastructure and processes.
- **Incident Management**:Lead and participate in incident response activities, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
- **FinOps Framework Implementation**: Establish a FinOps culture within the team by defining processes for cloud cost management, Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting and accountability.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional) are a plus.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AWS.

**Technical Skills**:

- Extensive experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, and more.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (VPC, VPN, Direct Connect, Route 53).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of cloud networking concepts, including designing and implementing secure and scalable AWS Network Firewalls, Transit Gateways, and VPC configurations.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional.
- Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with serverless architectures and microservices.
- ITIL Certified (preferred).
