**Job Title**: L2/L3 Production Support Engineer - Retail Domain

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Incident Management**: Manage and resolve incidents within SLA, ensuring mínimal impact on business operations.
- **Problem Management**: Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement permanent fixes to prevent future occurrences.
- **Monitoring and Maintenance**: Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and ensure high availability and reliability of retail systems.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, solutions, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in L2/L3 production support, with a focus on the retail domain.
- **Java Fullstack Experience**: Fair Technical Understanding in Java Fullstack development, including front-end and back-end technologies. - JAVA, REST, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Web Services, Java Script, JQuery, SQL Servers, Mongo dB, Node, Angular, JWT, Oauth2
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

**Preferred Skillsets**:

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- **Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.**:

- Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies.

Additional Pointers
- 1.**Good understanding of at Devops - Jenkins, Kubernetes and Argo CD**

2.Knowledge on Microsoft Cloud Platform - Microsoft Azure services like Containers ,Batch etc.,

3.Good understanding of Java Microservices and basic coding skills - Java, SQL

4.Troubleshooting skills with understanding of checking and debugging with logs in Graffana

5.Basic networking skills with understanding of Ipaddresses, Cloud Servers, ACLs, inbound and outbound systems, Akamai layer -Apigee
