Job Title: L2 /L3 Technical supporter (Java / AWS) – Contract

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
Employment Contract Type: 6 Months starting. It may get extended

  • Work mode ( WFO / Hybrid / Remote) - Hybrid – 03 days from office
  • Shift timings - 2ND Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for Java-based applications deployed on AWS. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, assist in deployment tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth application operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt technical support to customers via email, phone, or ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira).
  • Troubleshoot and debug Java Spring and Microservices applications on AWS.
  • Configure, monitor, and optimize AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
  • Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and QA teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose process/product improvements.
  • Manage deployment tasks in lower environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in L2/L3 technical support for Java applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, and SQL.
  • Experience with JavaScript, JQuery, and NoSQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch).
  • Exposure to Agile Scrum methodology and application development/bug-fixing lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Jira is a plus.
  • ITIL certification and AWS certification(s) are a plus.
