A brief on this role is as under:We are looking for an experienced Sail Point Identity IQ L3 Support Engineer who will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements within the Sail Point platform. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to maintain a secure and efficient Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide L3 support for Sail Point Identity IQ, including advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.Work on defect fixes, minor enhancements, and configuration updates.Analyze logs and debug code to resolve complex issues.Collaborate with development teams for customizations, workflows, and integration updates.Manage connectors for various target systems (AD, Azure AD, Databases, LDAP, etc.).Implement and manage Sail Point rules, tasks, and certifications.Perform environment upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.Support onboarding of new applications and entitlement structures.Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.Required Skills & Experience:Strong hands-on experience with Sail Point Identity IQ (IIQ).Expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis.Knowledge of Java, Bean Shell, XML, and Sail Point APIs.Experience with integration to target systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, LDAP, web services, etc.).Good understanding of IGA concepts (provisioning, workflows, certifications, access requests, lifecycle events).Experience in custom connector development and application onboarding.Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment and handle P1/P2 incident.Good to Have:Exposure to Sail Point IIQ upgrades and migrations.Knowledge of SQL, Power Shell scripting, and REST/SOAP APIs.Understanding of compliance and audit requirements in IAM.
