Your Role

We are looking for a highly skilledSailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) professionalto join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) teamwith 9+ years of experience and PAN India Location.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint IIQ solutions to support enterprise identity governance and compliance initiatives.

- Build and maintain SailPoint IIQ configurations, workflows, rules, and connectors to support identity lifecycle management
- Develop integrations between SailPoint IIQ and external systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, cloud platforms)
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC), policy enforcement, and access certification campaigns
- Write Shell scripts and customize SailPoint IIQ components to meet business requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to identity provisioning, synchronization, and access requests
- Ensure solutions align with security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, configuration guides, and operational procedures
- Work closely with security architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Support SailPoint IIQ upgrades, patches, and performance tuning activities.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance tests to ensure solution quality and reliability

Your Profile

- SailPoint IdentityIQ (v7.x and above) /Identity lifecycle management and access governance
- Java, BeanShell scripting
- Custom connector development and application onboarding/Role-based access control (RBAC) and policy enforcement
- LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD
- REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks
