SailPoint Consultant Role

Our organization seeks a seasoned SailPoint Consultant to support, maintain, and enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve technical issues with the IAM system, handle L2 support tickets, and collaborate with L3 teams for complex problem resolution.
  • Develop and modify SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors to improve system efficiency.
  • Monitor IAM performance, perform routine health checks, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews to ensure seamless identity management.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and fixes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations is required.
  • Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs is essential.
  • Previous experience in IAM operations, including incident, change, and problem management, is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices is also required.

This position requires an in-depth understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ and its integration with other systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively within a team environment.
