Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Identity Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team. As an IAM specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and compliance of our organization's identity management systems.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective IAM strategies, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with IT, security, and business units to support identity-related projects and initiatives.

Your expertise in IAM technologies, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, LDAP, Okta, Ping Identity, and other platforms, will be essential in designing and deploying secure identity solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • IAM Technologies: Strong understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and identity federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Security & Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, including GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA, as well as strong understanding of security frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.
  • Cloud & Integration: Experience managing IAM in cloud environments, such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, and knowledge of API security, cloud identity federation, and identity governance.
