Job Description :


We are seeking a skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identity lifecycle management, authentication/authorization systems, privileged access management, and governance tools, ensuring security, compliance, and seamless user access across the Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance.

- Manage user identities, roles, groups, and entitlements across multiple platforms (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, etc.).

- Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federated identity solutions.

- Configure and maintain IAM tools (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, etc.).

- Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements (ISO, GDPR, SOX).

- Troubleshoot IAM-related issues including authentication, authorization, and access requests.

- Automate IAM workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate IAM solutions into enterprise systems.

- Conduct regular audits, access reviews, and report generation for identity governance.

- Stay updated on IAM trends, emerging technologies, and security best Skills & Qualifications :


- 3 - 6 years of proven experience in Identity & Access Management.

- Strong understanding of IAM concepts : authentication, authorization, provisioning, RBAC, PAM, federation.

- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Azure AD.

- Proficiency with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM.

- Experience with SSO, MFA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation.

- Familiarity with cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
