Identity and Access Governance Lead

The Cyber Security team is seeking a role that governs the enterprise's identity and access lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for Identity and Access Management
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for users, including provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Implement automation tools to streamline the Identity and Access Management processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Identity and Access Management policies

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies
  • Experience with automation tools such as Entra ID and ARCON
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and industry standards

Preferred Skills:

  • CISSP certification
  • CompTIA Security+
  • Knowledge of cloud-based Identity and Access Management solutions
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
