About This Role

We're seeking an experienced Identity Governance professional to lead our identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, and access reviews.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enforce identity governance policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Manage access request workflows, role-based access control (RBAC), and entitlement management using Saviynt.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through regular audits and access reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal auditors, security teams, and compliance officers to address findings and improve controls.
Requirements
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) are highly desirable.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration platforms.
  • Skills:
  • Strong technical expertise in Saviynt implementation, configuration, and management.
  • Proficiency in identity governance, access reviews, role mining, and entitlement management.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
