
Sales Executive

An architecture sales executive sells products and services to architects, interior designers, and other professionals in the construction industry. They build relationships with customers and influencers, and provide technical information to help customers complete projects. Responsibilities
- **Build relationships**: Work with customers to identify key decision makers and build trust
- **Provide technical information**: Provide accurate and timely information about products and specifications
- **Analyze customer requests**: Understand customer needs and take action to meet them
- **Assist with design**: Provide design consulting and help customers select products
- **Influence product specifications**: Help customers choose products that will generate sales
- **Prepare presentations**: Create and present company presentations to influencers
- **Manage sales targets**: Work to meet sales targets for projects
- **Track projects**: Use a CRM to track projects and communicate with the sales team
- **Recommend products**: Suggest products based on profitability, availability, and specifications
- **Analyze the market**: Assess the commercial market and identify opportunities
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
