**Job Overview**: As an Area Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market presence for LED lights in Lucknow. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retailers, distributors, and end customers. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets, promote our LED lighting products, and contribute to the growth of Adiyog Industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Penetration**:

- Identify potential retail outlets, showrooms, and dealers within the assigned area.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor offerings, and pricing trends.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Actively engage with retailers and distributors to promote Adiyog’s LED lighting products.
- Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and discounts to secure sales orders.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals promptly.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with existing and new retail partners.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or queries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize product displays, workshops, and promotional events.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including daily visits, orders, and payments.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- **Targets and Quotas**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Monitor progress and take corrective actions as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lighting industry or related sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in local languages (Hindi) is essential.

**Additional Information**:

- This role involves frequent travel within the assigned area.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
