Profile - Area sales Executive

Location - Lucknow

Experience - Min 2 to 4yrs in B2B Sales OR Automobile
Salary - min 25k to 30k

Qualification - Graduation

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and approach potential customers, including dealers, distributors, and service centers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to their needs.
- Regularly visit customers to understand their requirements and provide after-sales support.
- **Product Knowledge & Training**:

- Stay informed about the latest products, features, and technologies in the two-wheeler parts market.
- Provide training and support to customers on product usage and benefits.


**Market Intelligence**:

- Gather and analyze competitor information and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
- Provide insights and suggestions to management for product improvements and new product launches.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or two-wheeler parts sector.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of two-wheeler parts and the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
- Expansion of customer base and market share.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting.

**Working Conditions**:

- Field-based role requiring regular travel within the assigned area.
- Flexible working hours may be required to meet customer needs.
- **10 Days Minimum Outstation Touring Required.**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
