About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close business deals effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience (B2B/B2C).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
