International Customer Service Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Problem Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction by delivering solutions in the customer's native language.
- **Sales Support**: Provide assistance to customers interested in premium services, upselling where appropriate, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring all information is logged correctly in both English and the relevant language.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive and personalized customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluency in at least one of the following languages**:Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, or Punjabi.**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support or sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
