**Job Title**: Senior Customer Service Executive - Air Import
**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Reports To**: Manager - Air Imports

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end air import process, including shipment tracking, coordination, and timely updates to clients.
- Handle documentation such as Bill of Entry, AWBs, and other relevant paperwork ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
- Coordinate with overseas agents, airlines, customs brokers, and transporters to ensure smooth clearance and delivery.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues related to shipments, delays, or discrepancies.
- Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to clients regarding estimated delivery timelines.
- Ensure adherence to all customs regulations, government policies, and company SOPs for air imports.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and sales to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff and assist in training and development.
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Generate reports on import activities and communicate with the management regarding key performance metrics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
