
Customer Service Executive

**Position Overview**: As a Jewellery Customer Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests related to jewellery products and services. You will work to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing expert advice, resolving issues, and delivering personalized service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about jewellery products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with product selection, including offering recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- **Order Management**:
- Process customer orders, including handling purchases, returns, exchanges, and special requests.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Manage customer records and maintain accurate order history and documentation.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s jewellery products, including materials, designs, and pricing.
- Stay updated on current trends, new arrivals, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- **Customer Support**:
- Provide assistance with jewellery care, maintenance, and repair services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and address any post-purchase concerns.
- Offer exceptional service during in-store visits, phone calls, and online interactions.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Prepare and generate reports on customer service metrics and performance.
- Support marketing and promotional activities by communicating offers and special events to customers.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
