IT company in Mumbai looking for Customer Support Executive to provide online and voice customer support to domestic and international clients.
This role is to provide service to the customers of our Domestic & International based client who provides financial services around the world.

**Key Areas**:

- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales using CRM software.
- Calling existing and potential customers to inform them about company products and services
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Responsible in calling the clients for reactivation and solving their queries

**NO COLD CALLING**
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Excellent English Communication skills will be eligible. (Can read, Write & Speak)
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
