Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Customs Clearance Customer Service Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The candidate will assist clients with customs clearance procedures, ensure documentation is accurate, and coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth import and export operations. Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Support clients in preparing and submitting customs documentation like invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
Ensure compliance with customs laws, duties, and tariff structures
Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers
Coordinate with customs officials, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and warehouses to expedite clearance
Resolve shipment issues, discrepancies, and customer complaints promptly
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist in audits and reporting as required
Stay informed about changing regulations and compliance requirements

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Basic understanding of customs clearance, import/export documentation, and compliance
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping is an advantage but not mandatory

Educational Qualification:
