**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**:
- Oversee general office operations including maintaining supplies, organizing files, and ensuring a tidy and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and liaise with service providers.
- Manage reception duties such as handling incoming calls and greeting visitors.
**Accounting & Finance Support**:
- Assist with day-to-day financial tasks including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly reconciliation processes.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and budget tracking as required.
**Human Resources Functions**:
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing welcome materials and organizing orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records, manage benefits administration, and support payroll processing where applicable.
- Provide general HR support by addressing employee queries and assisting with policy documentation.
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings or company events.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:
- High school diploma required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office generalist role is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and HR practices.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with accounting software and HR management systems is an asset.
**Soft Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
