Role Summary:

This is an Individual Contributor role for an experienced HR Generalist who will support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and HR initiatives at all levels including supporting Talent Acquisition from time to time in a highly dynamic team. The role demands high emotional intelligence, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders and cross functional teams while driving HR excellence locally.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations

  • Support HR documentation, reporting, and analytics (e.g., new hire reports, attrition etc.)
  • Liaise with compliance partners and ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements
  • Assist in travel and visa arrangements, and HR budgeting
  • Coordinate final payroll processing and tax clearances during transitions
  • Maintenance of Employee Database and Organization Charts with Accuracy
  • Issuing employment letters for various purposes.
  • Act HR point of contact for employees in supporting them in related queries in their entire lifecycle in the organization.

People Experience & Engagement

  • Drive employee communication and engagement initiatives
  • Conduct pulse surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend operational improvements including reports on Net Promoter Score
  • Assist in annual Performance Management Process (PMP) cycle.
  • Support cultural and sports events and employee programs including Town Halls, An Hour with HR, Pujor Hullor, Melange etc.
  • Conduct skip and one-on-one meetings etc. and convert the actionable items to practical use.

Talent Acquisition, Learning & Partnering

  • Support recruitment efforts including HR rounds, coordination, and sourcing profiles through various sources facilitating in end-to-end hiring process till closure.
  • Collaborate with leads and managers and global teams on talent and Learning needs.
  • Participate and support in compensation benchmarking exercise and drive specific modules.
  • Support and drive external organization wise certifications (e.g., Top Employer Institute, Gartner, Great Place to Work).

Strategic HR Support

  • Support leadership in miscellaneous assignments and strategic initiatives
  • Gather on floor intelligence, recent trends and market data for being more effective in performing the role effectively.
  • Support management with miscellaneous assignments as delegated
  • Assist the HR department with administrative and HR-related duties as required

Qualification and Experience: An Ideal Candidate Should Have

  • MBA or Master's degree with specialization in HR, Social Work, Psychology, MHRM or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in HR Generalist or HRBP roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High on emotional intelligence and stakeholder interaction capability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with HRIS/HRMS systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential matters and multitask effectively with prioritization.
  • Act as the custodian of policy while being strong advocate for employees and organization culture.
  • Previous experience in similar role preferred. Should be enthusiastic to learn, unlearn and relearn with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to dynamic pace.
